We Signed on with KAKADELAS For Two Personal Injury Cases- Both Motor Vehicle Accidents. The first Accident was 2005, the second 2010. KAKADELAS Made Many Statements, during a Nine Year Period, Indicating "He would Fight Hard for us, We would have our day in Court, The M.R.I.'s would be Our Best Evidence in The Court Room ect...". In the End, KAKADELAS Settled (forced upon us) Both Cases. In Both Cases, there was NO FAULT to Us, There Are SCIENTIFIC BASED EVIDENCE (M.R.I.'S, X-Rays) with M.D. Reports attributing CATASTROPHIC INJURIES to the TWO ACCIDENTS. There was Property Damages, and 1 Million Dollar Umbrella, in each case, carried by us as well as over 600k Liability by Defendants. At First Mediation, in San Diego, KAKADELAS Shows up with a rolling carrier loaded with 2 Cardboard Boxes, as if he was going to do something. The Mediator stated, to KAKADELAS, "I have Reviewed the Entire Case, You have A Good Case, Let me know how it goes". Post 1st Mediation, KAKADELAS Was Upset with myself because I was Shrewd With the Insurance Adjuster and its attorney. KAKADELAS "apologized and told the adjuster it was because I was ill". The Mediator had Hoped KAKADELAS was going to FIGHT, Do The Hard Work, Do What is RIGHT In this case, He expected Not to see us back at mediation. But, KADELAS Did Opposite, He calendared a 2nd mediation. At the 2nd Mediation, KAKADELAS Began to SHAKE VIOLENTLY. The Mediator and Myself left the Glass portioned room to watch him. The Mediator was Concerned KAKADELAS May Not Give us Any Money, He thought it Unethical, at least, that KAKADELAS Was Not Going to Work for Us in An Ethical and Caring Manner. We wathed as KAKADELAS Sat Shaking. There was a "Factor" involved who provided medical for us, they get paid when case resolves, they made statements, "We now know KAKADELAS Is A User, he will Not do the Work". In the End, KAKADELAS Settled for Under 100k for TWO Cases where there is Catastrophic Damages: c-2,c-3,c-3,c-4,c-4c-5,c5-c-6, & l-2,l-3,l-3,l-4,l-4,l-5.
