I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Everyone in the office was kind, patient and understanding. From the paralegal work to the actual hearing i felt like every aspect of my case was as important to them as it was to me. This was not the experience i had had with other attorneys and it was a pleasant new feeling. They truly went above and beyond for me and helped me get through this difficult situation with grace and dignity. I had a divorce and a legal name change handled by the firm and both were handled quickly and professionally with very little i had to do on my own and even the things i did need to handle myself, i was walked through what i needed to do and that helped ease my anxiety about the situation. Being estranged (abandoned really) at the time, my funds were very tight, but they worked with me on a fair price. We came up easily with something i could afford, there was no haggling with me and again, even though i was not in a great financial situation at the time, i felt like they took my case seriously. Having dealt with other divorce attorneys for this case and in the past I was happy to find Miles & hatcher. I felt my best interest was absolutely their first priority throughout the entire process.

This office submit paperwork incorrectly, bills incorrectly, and will tell you that your case is finalized when it is not. The lawyer's partner shows up to your hearings and knows nothing about your case. Very unprepared and not helpful. Lawyers know nothing about your case. Your case is handled by paralegal or assistance that know nothing about the court system or law.
