William Marlow was definitely less then competent regarding the case he supposedly worked on for us. He constantly did not respond in an reasonable timely matter. He and the the opposing attorney where apparently racking up the hours to charge us. I did most of the work gathering the pertinent information and history leading up to the case which he supposedly worked on for us. After 4 years and $40,000 we where advised only after being told to not go to a trial that the case would be settled in our favor. It was not. Recently it was brought to our attention that the easement for ingress and egress was never recorded. I found out I can’t sell me house because there is no legal way to access it!!! When I called him to answer some of these questions, he told me I’m retiring and won’t proceed to make this situation settled. I asked him for the recorded easement and he lied and told me I didn’t need it. He is a bold face liar, the recorded easement never existed. I hope Mr. Marlow does retire so he can’t take advantage of any other person seeking legal advice. This is exactly why I hate Lawyers.
