commentMs. Burke was dishonest and destroyed my malpractice claim. She also withheld information regarding a falsified medical record from the doctor on my case. I would never recommend her for any civil malpractice case.
P Collins - 9/16/2015 - My prior posting is factual, Ms. Burke was aware that my former dentist deliberately withheld my first 3 dental treatments for litigation purposes in order to present a false presentation of my actual dental condition. However, she failed to address these treatments at the Dentist's deposition. The former dentist, who also has a law degree, had also submitted false interrogatories, and his handwritten (illegible) treatment notes were riddled with false information, false dates, and he also forged my signature on a treatment plan. -
