commentThis attorney talks a good talk in the beginning but drags his feet and charges exorbitant fees with very little follow through. He was my attorney for 16 months when my case was reopened by my ex-husband and his attorney. Mr. Kohl was aware of the documents filled and indicated he could get the issues resolved. He initially responded to everything and filled for child support modification. He decided to withdraw as my attorney after charging me fees and receiving payments totaling $6,500.00 which would be acceptable, but he has not managed to get issues resolved, has failed to schedule court hearings and respond to opposing counsel in a timely manner resulting in a Motion for Default being filed against me. Currently, there are multiple motions left open and he did not even manage to get the appropriate hearing scheduled for child support modification.
