commentMs. Farrell is the appointed executor of the estate of a member of my family.
It has been six months since the death of my relative. She does not adequately communicate. She has failed to produce a single document showing the beneficiaries of any of the bank accounts. She has not produced a preliminary accounting.
Not all the beneficiaries named in the will were listed on the notice filed with the will in probate court - which she filed months ago along with her request to be appointed executor - and after months has still not communicated her reason for that or produced any waiver of notice from that beneficiary.
A good executor treats all heirs fairly, keeps them updated, attempts to marshal assets and inspire trust and faith. All I feel is wary and concerned and want her removed.
