commentCareful if you email them with information about your case. I got charged for 40 minutes to read three brief emails, checking on why he wasn't getting back to me. One of his responses was simply "I will contact you tomorrow." The other was apologizing for not contacting me. $102 for that. I was also charged for an hour of paperwork on a simple purchase agreement that he filled out in 10 minutes with me on the phone. $255 phone call
