Bio: Ben focuses his practice on general litigation, property law, contracts, oil and gas law, business formations, and estate planning and probate. Prior to joining the firm, Ben worked as a landman in western North Dakota and eastern Montana where he performed title tracking, due diligence and curative work, right-of-way and easement negotiations with landowners, and leasing of mineral rights. Ben is a 2011 graduate of the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he had a concentration in litigation and served as an Articles Editor for The Thomas M.
