Since 2005, Bert has managed a boutique litigation firm specializing in representing plaintiffs in employment and consumer fraud cases, both individual and class actions. He has tried, arbitrated or mediated dozens of cases to conclusion, argued successfully before the Supreme Court of Alabama, and handled successful appeals before the Eleventh and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal, as well as state appellate courts in Alabama and California.
