Bio:I began my legal career as a certified paralegal working closely with attorneys and clients in litigated and non-litigated matters.  During law school, I continued my legal legal experience by working as a law clerk for attorneys specializing in insurance defense and personal injury.    Since December 1997, I have represented individuals and business in all aspects of litigated and non-litigated matters, including representing creditors in bankruptcy actions.  As a former Deputy District Attorney III, I now provide representation to individuals and businesses accused of criminal offenses.   I am admitted to appear in all state and federal (district and bankruptcy) courts in California.  I represent individuals and businesses in litigated and non-litigated matters in court and administrative hearings including at the labor board and DMV, as well as at mediations and arbitrations.  My firm has two offices in the Central Valley, in Fresno and Modesto, which allows us to represent clients in various counties and courts throughout California.   I started my own law firm in 2009 because I believe that no person or business should be excluded from having legal representation because of their finanical ability.  Not having the large overhead of medium to large law firms, I am able to provide legal services that are not limited to the size of the business or finanical ability of the business or individual.     Read less |
