We were turned into collections by a dentist that dislocated my daughter's jaw while removing her wisdom teeth. My insurance paid all but $800 or $900. And we had to pay out of pocket over $800 to fix her jaw. I wrote to the dentist and he told me I knew the risk and I signed the paperwork which he could never produce and I never saw or signed. Anyway long story short, ended up being sued about a year ago by the collection agency, and we had never been before. Had a hearing, I failed and didn't have my paperwork turned in, I had no clue what I was doing. This so called attorney, who stated in court this should have been a malpractice case and promised to help and talk to his client and see what he could do, didn't do anything. He promised to call us and never did. His client was retired and the son that now runs the dentist practice tried to pull the account from collections at the beginning of this and was told he couldn't. Anyway, we called his office several times, he wouldn't call us back, sent us a letter for over $3000 for attorney fees, court, anything he could think of. I will NEVER work with anyone that lies and doesn't keep their word. Plus they told the son that took over the practice they would sue him if he wouldn't sign the paperwork to continue the case against me. Stay away from this place if you want someone honest and that keeps their word.

They garnished my bank account over a missed 20 payment. I didn't know they were doing that because I'd been in California, caring for my terminally ill daughter. I couldn't respond or answer any thing because I was out of state. The thing that makes these guys terrible people? The money they took was from a fundraiser that was for my daughter's funeral. She passed away on we'd. I got home today from caring for her and lo and behold they are suing me again! So they stole burial money from a cancer patient and they won't quit.

- worst office - - - 9/17/2019 - flag as inappropriate - comment
The medical company said i was paid off. 1 year later this horrible office serves me with papers. Explains to me that even though the medical office messed up it is my responsibility to pay. I explained they told me i was paid off and had receipts, i was told to bad i still have to pay this bill and i have 2 months to pay or they will file judgment and other horrible options. I asked if we could settle on something because i felt owing $1300 for a $400 bill was excessive. Again no compromise or compassion for any situation. When i called the company they said they couldn't help me because the lawyer had all the options. This office could be helpful and decent but they choose to be @$%%$#%$&.

- this entire office is garbage! - - - 5/23/2017 - flag as inappropriate - comment
This entire business is the worst. I am a US Navy veteran trying to sort out the responsible party of my medical bills and they sued me in the middle of this and I was unaware of even being sued until a person showed up on my doorstep with a 2 month old paper! I had no clue what was going on and I still don't. Now I have to make monthly payments on something while still trying to sort it out, while I am in school trying to finish the nursing program! They only care about money and sueing and could care less about a situation. Also, since I can't pay it in full they are dinging my credit every month even though I am making payments. I wish there was something that could help.

Took a pregnant woman to court over a $300 bill. After he got ahold of the $300 bill it ended up costing $1123. A sum a the below the poverty line pregnant woman didn't/couldn't make in four months. Even if she gave every cent she'd made in that time. He would not make a settlement nor would he compromise in anyway. Even giveb the dire straights of the pregnabt woman. He was also very rude over the phone when she tried to explain to him she wouldn't be able to aford to eat if this cas went forward. There is a special place in hell for voltures like him with his unethical and greedy practices. He's the worst kind of people. Praying on those who have little to no money to pad his own fat pockets.
