Bio: Carl T. Williams is a member in Hinman, Howard and Kattell’s Commercial Litigation and Construction Law practice groups. Carl has over eighteen years of experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of legal disputes and transactions. Flagler and was a founder of the area in the late 1800s that became Delray Beach. Carl is also an honorably discharged veteran having served four tours of duty in the Persian Gulf.
