commentWe used Brietmeyer as a mediator in a probate issue. She began by spending about 45 minutes with opposing side. Her first words to us were that she didn't see how we were to overcome a quit claim issue. She didn't even ask us for our version of events before making that statement. It was very clear from Ms Brietmeyer's statements during mediation that she had not even bothered to read the pre-mediation brief submitted by our lawer.
Mediation was not successful.
I cannot recommend her as a mediator.
