commentI would like to congratulate Offutt, Horman & Burdette in selecting Chris for their firm. I am a senior who needed some work done at a Senior budget price and he is a young man who participates with Legal Aid and gave me a price I could work with. He went over everything with me and made sure I understood all my options. He was very polite. He is a credit to Frederick county, in fact he is a native of Frederick. I would recommend him to anyone.
