Bio:	Christopher Mammel has practiced in the field of property and casualty insurance damage and disaster recovery since the early 80's. He is licensed in Florida, Colorado, and Illinois and has represented parties in lawsuits in more than 15 states. Since becoming licensed in Florida in 2008, he has focused his practice on disaster insurance recovery and represented more than a hundred policyholders, primarily community associations, in large damage hurricane cases against most of the insurance companies writing community association insurance in this State. He has negotiated numerous multi-million dollar settlements in these cases, and has successfully prosecuted bad faith claims resulting from unfair claim practices of insurance companies dealing with their insureds. Mr. Mammel has also appeared in several of the state appellate courts in Florida, and in the federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.Mr. Mammel has acted as trial and appellate counsel in numerous property damage insurance claims in Florida.
