Bio:Mr. Sinnott is a life-long resident of Erie, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Academy High School in 1986 and Gannon University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. While at Gannon, Mr. Sinnott was a four-year letterman on the golf team, earning numerous athletic awards, including being named First Team All Region and All-American in 1990. Mr. Sinnott was also named as a finalist in the prestigious Walt Disney World - NACADA post-graduate scholar program for collegiate athletes intending to pursue post-graduate studies. Mr. Sinnott attended Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 1993. While at Cleveland-Marshall, Mr. Sinnott received a number of academic awards, including: Justice Harry Blackmun Scholar, 1991-1993; Associate Editor, Cleveland State Law Review, 1991-1992; Executive Editor, Cleveland State Law Review, 1992-1993; West Publishing Company Book Award for outstanding legal writing. In addition, Mr. Sinnott's Law Review Note, "When Defendant Becomes the Victim: A Child's Recantation as Newly Discovered Evidence", was published in the Cleveland State Law Review, Vol. 41, No. 3.
