Bio:In 2007, Claire Cordon opened her own law practice to focus on independent investigation of discrimination complaints, training to prevent discrimination claims, and expert witness services. For more than 20 years as an employment law attorney focusing on discrimination issues, Claire Cordon has helped employers avoid claims and employees understand their rights. From 1990 to 2000, Claire Cordon represented claimants as a Senior Trial Attorney with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the federal agency that enforces the laws against discrimination in employment. She litigated individual and class-action cases before federal courts in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. In 2001, Claire Cordon joined Keller Rohrback LLP, a Seattle law firm, where she litigated significant individual and class-action discrimination cases in federal and state courts. She also provided advice, training, and investigation services to private and public employers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
