Bio:	Connie Broussard is a noted trial attorney. She started her career as a criminal prosecutor where she prosecuted both misdemeanor and felony trials. Her extensive criminal appellate practice included defending over 90 felony appeals in the Fifth District Court of Appeal, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, the California Supreme Court, and opposing certiorari in the United States Supreme Court. For nine years, Connie focused her practice on defending government agency employers in employment related litigation in both state and federal court and representing law enforcement officers in various matters. Connie also has experience trying administrative cases related to the discipline, suspension and revocation of professional licenses. Connie enjoys teaching and has taught Criminal Law and Constitutional Law to paralegal students as well as teaching Minimum Continuing Education Classes to lawyers.
