Garcia is the worst attorney I have ever known. Hs knowledge and skill level equate lower than a paralegal. However, he will charge his clients like he is a competent highly skilled attorney, something he will never accomplish. He is a crook and his only skill is taking his clients money. He makes 90% of his efforts to invoice or bogus novice charges and 10% or less working hap hazardly on the cases his clients hired him to perform. If you dispute his charges he will make it a full time job to haunt you until he bleeds you financially dry while your case gets neglected. Charges will continue to climb that are creative accounting but never actual or legitimate charges. It’s amazing he is still allowed to practice since his only skill is to cleverly rob his clients and neglect the cases he was hired Any unlucky person to hire this demon will soon discover his only interest is to legally financially ruin you. Your case will never get the effort and attention that he will instead dedicate to financially enrich himself.
