He spent over five years representing the City of New York, its agencies, and employees in a variety of matters including complex civil rights claims and municipal liability claims. Dan conducted numerous jury trials in the Bronx on behalf of the City of New York.Finally, before working in the Bronx, Dan handled the Manhattan Borough Unit’s highest exposure negligence and intentional tort cases against the City. During his tenure representing the City, Dan took and defended over 150 depositions, won multiple jury trials, negotiated favorable settlements, and received the New York City Law Department’s Division Chief Award.Dan practices in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice.
