Under no circumstances use this attorney for any reason. She does not return phone calls nor provide guidance in legal matters. Instead of continuing the case to complete a proper investigation, I had no choice as a senior citizen but agree to the terms due to the cost. Now months later, I've found out where the false accusations came from and if I had known then what I know now, I would have emptied my IRA to continue seeing my grandchildren. My former husband, a judge, was leading a double life with his first wife attacking myself, my children, family & friends. My sister spread rummers that I was lying and/or that he had another Judge perform a fake marriage. Last year on Christmas, my sarcastic son in law ordered me out of their home saying take my "fake husband" with me. My family was not supportive of my painful situation & what I had to endure. My elderly mother said things that were taken out of context & are absolutely not true. Up until last Christmas, my FB pages reflect multiple photos of myself with my grandchildren enjoying life. I cared to my two grandsons up until this incident. None of my immediate family except for my daughter live in the same state so their theories were false. This law firm did not do a thorough investigation into this matter and it cost me $2,500 plus a $250 consultation fee as a 64 senior citizen. I reached an agreement with my attorney advising me that I had no choice and was also told that it would not be public record but IT IS! Not even the head of the law firm returned my call.
