commentDerek is the consummate example of an unethical bottom feeder lawyer. He actively misappropriates funds, charges exorbitant fees when he feels like it and provides no backup or fee schedule, doesn't answer emails or answer the phone, and churns his fees to make more money while doing nothing of value. I have never met a more unethical, rude and immoral person - iI'd be embarrassed to be associated with someone of his caliber. You would have better luck with a potato taking his place, that is how utterly useless he is.
