Bio:Eric is an attorney in Lewis Wagner’s Litigation Group where he spends the majority of his time handling catastrophic and complex litigation, insurance coverage disputes and general litigation matters involving transportation, construction and premise liability. Prior to joining Lewis Wagner, Eric represented corporate and individual clients in civil litigation matters involving breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, aviation matters, property and casualty litigation and general tort litigation. He provided advice and counsel to a variety of clients including individuals, airlines, trucking and logistics companies, and construction firms and related contractors. Eric also was a member of the aviation mass disaster litigation team at Condon & Forsyth in New York prior to joining Lewis Wagner. The team represented airline clients in all facets of complex civil litigation arising out of the crash of a commercial flight including wrongful death and personal injury claims, property damage claims, CERCLA and other environmental claims, and insurance coverage disputes. From 2000-2002, Eric served as Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Robert D. Rucker, Indiana Supreme Court. He is a 2007 graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy.
