Bio:  Eric prides himself on providing top quality, aggressive, no holds barred legal representation for his clients.   Eric attended Bucknell University graduating with a B.A. in 1987.  Following military service he attended Dickinson School of Law at Penn State.  After passing the Maryland Bar has been practicing law in Maryland ever since.                Eric is a former Assistant Public Defender for the State of Maryland.  While there he handled numerous misdemeanors, felonies and juvenile cases in the Circuit and District courts of Frederick and Washington counties.  Following that he was hired by the Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office.  As a prosecutor he handled felony cases in Circuit Court.  He became part of the two-attorney homicide/violent crime unit.  For almost three years Eric was responsible for handling homicides and major violent crimes in Frederick County.   He was successful in getting a murder conviction in every homicide case he handled.  Eric finished up his career with the prosecutor’s office as Chief Narcotics prosecutor for Frederick County.  He was responsible for overseeing all drug prosecutions in Frederick County.  He was also legal advisor to the Frederick County Narcotics Task Force.                Since 1999 Eric has been in private practice with the firm he co-founded.  For his clients he has successfully handled a large variety of courtroom work including criminal defense, traffic cases, divorce and custody, and other civil lit
