28th Judicial District Bar Association, George Moore is one of the more than one million lawyers in United States. Before choosing George Moore as your lawyer, you should consider whether George Moore offers free consultation, (if not) how much the initial interview costs, if there is any hidden attorney fees, what's the fee schedule, whether he or she has good community reputation and is able to provide a list of good references. You can also contact the Board of Professional Responsibility of the state bar, to find out if George Moore has ever been placed under any disciplinary actions. Please be aware that, though George Moore's office is located at Asheville, NC, he or she might belong to the bar association of other states.
You should also ask how long the lawyer has been in practice, how much experience he or she has in cases like yours, and more importantly, the outcomes of those cases! Focus of the lawyer's practice and years of experience are also very important factors in your evaluation process. The more focused the lawyer's practice areas, the better service he or she could provide. So do not make decisions solely on one or two factors. Only hire lawyers you feel comfortable with as they will represent you and your interests, and you will be sharing private details about your life with them.

Other biographical background includes I have practiced law in Asheville, North Carolina since 1971. I began practicing in Asheville after graduating from the University of North Carolina School of Law. I could not take the bar exam until August and Bruce Elmore, Sr. was in need of legal assistance even though I was not yet licensed to practice. My wife and I liked Asheville and we decided to stay after I became licensed to practice law in August, 1971. I got a lot of trial experience while with Bruce in both criminal law and civil law. After several years, I decided to open my own office and practiced as a sole practitioner until my daughter, Jennifer, and I began practicing as partners in The Moore Law Office, PLLC in 2007. As a sole practitioner, I practiced in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation. Since Jennifer and I formed The Moore Law Office, PLLC, she has limited her practice to Family Law and I have concentrated on Employment Discrimination, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, and Mediation..
