commentI suppose you can say that he defends his client's interests, although if that means staying just inside the boundaries, he apparently doesn't have a problem with it. Mr. Rattray is a bit condescending and smug in his belief that he (and his client) are right and you are wrong, but you must be tolerated and spoken to on the level of a tempermental child. His air of self-importance is palpable and can be overbearing, and while his qualifications as an attorney are not in question, his overall attitude and demeanor should give you pause when it comes to selecting someone to represent your interests.
