Mr. Yates only cares about how much he makes. He will promise you the world and leave you with nothing. He came into my case midstream, claimed he would settle it, brought in another lawyer Nd created an air of fraud and deception. His actions turned an already racially devided state into a legal war zone. He single handely put South Dakota backwards 50 years If you are a Native American Sioux do not hire Gregory A Yates. His track record shows the courts don't like him. He is a bragger that who needs to be stopped.

Maybe he once was a civil rights attorney but after I experienced wrong doing retaining this so called attorney made the police look good. I would not recommend him to anyone. He lies, misses deadlines and is incompetent. Gregory Yates gives Trial Attorneys A Bad Name

This lawyer represented me on behalf of my elderly mother against a care facility. He made promises he never kept but worse than that this lawyer claimed to have expertise in this type of litigation. After numerous complaints were dismissed path is lawyer brought in a experienced attorney, sadly for me it was much to late as two years had past and my mother had died. Due to this lawyers lies and deceptions my mother lost her day in court. The case settled for pennies on the dollar that this lawyer claimed he could get for us. I learned my lesson as lawyers such as pathos lawyer are only referral attorneys and if I ever need a attorney again I will contact the state bar for a referral.
