Bio:Jaleh was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area graduating from H.B. Plant High School. Eager to expand her horizons and intrigued by the opportunity to learn in a diverse environment, Jaleh chose to attend Florida International University in Miami, Florida. While earning her undergraduate degree, Jaleh participated in internships with the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office, as well as the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office to broaden her knowledge of the law. In 2006 she completed her undergraduate degree receiving a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Public Administration. Jaleh received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida in 2011. While attending Law School, Jaleh worked as an intern studying the ins and outs of Employment Discrimination Law at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Tampa, Florida. Also while at Stetson, she had the opportunity to work as a Law Clerk at a large law firm whose central practice consists of Foreclosure Litigation and Creditors Rights Law. Prior to joining Waller & Mitchell, Jaleh practiced in numerous counties throughout the State of Florida predominantly representing Homeowners in Mortgage Foreclosure actions.
