Bio: Jim Castro-Blanco has nearly thirty years of experience as an attorney in both the private and public sectors. From 2010 until 2018, Jim served as the Chief Deputy County Attorney for Westchester County, New York, where he advised numerous elected officials, boards and commissions and was the lead attorney on high profile matters involving Westchester County. From 2016 through 2018 Jim also served as the Executive Director of the Westchester County Human Rights Commission. Jim is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School where he was the Articles Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Castro-Blanco holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.
