This man will not give you a fair trial, you can not submit exculpatory evidence in the form of documents if you choose to not testify. Since Attorney's are not able to testify and their clients refuse to do so, it is not possible in his court to submit it, although it is ok for him to do so, as a trial lawyer for his clients. As a person he is angry, rude, and hard to deal with. Alabama law prohibits judges to solicit law practice while they are serving as a judge, so if he ignores the law himself, who can he care anything about justice for his clients??Hire at your own risk.
