Bio: JIM earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State University and his Juris Doctorate from the St. Louis University School of Law. Following law school, Jim served in Warren County Missouri as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and led the Multi-Disciplinary Team in the investigation and prosecution of child abuse and domestic violence cases.In addition to his service with the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office, James also served as a member of the Missouri Association of Drug Court Professionals, and was appointed to the Supreme Court Rules Committee for Alternative Treatment Courts. James was subsequently appointed by Governor Matt Blunt to serve as Prosecuting Attorney for Montgomery County, Missouri where he also chaired the Child Fatality Review Board.Jim followed his service to the public with an active civil practice before coming home to southwest Missouri to supervise the Major Crimes Unit of the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.In January of 2016, Jim joined Appleby Healy representing clients in an array of matters with an emphasis on family law.
