Before joining Reed & Scardino, Jason founded JMR Law Group PLLC in 2008. Prior to that, he was at Silicon Valley based Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich, & Rosati. Jason began his career at Dorsey & Whitney, where he led the Trademark, Copyright, & Brand Management Group for Dorsey's Seattle office. His practice focuses on representing companies and individuals with the selection, procurement, protection, management, and enforcement of their intellectual property assets around the world. Jason provides counsel on all aspects of trademarks, copyrights, domain names, marketing (promotions and sweepstakes), advertising, IP due diligence, and licensing.
