Ms. Mckeever agreed to take our case and she requwested a change of venue for our case. When checking up on the case come to find out she used a different name, paperwork was not fully transparent and then according to the Lt. she did not put the case in the right venue to begin with. Then when asked if she was my attorney she did not specifically say. Called Jones Oberg & Green, LLP and they claimed she has not been in the firm for years. But I have been calling the firm because she has disappeared on me for two months and the receptionist kept stating she was at trial, and she would give her the message. Come to find out according to the firm they had temps answering the phone which were the one, according to the firm alleging, she was at trial, and she would give me a call and never did return my call. This woman knew I was on the street with my six children botched my case and literally had me waiting for two months to find out; number one she did not submit my change of venue correctly and my case was just sitting there waiting for a judge to rule and the venue she put the case in was totally incorrect. Meanwhile she knew how dire my situation is. Now I can't even locate her to find out what happen with the funds she was supposed to obtain, and she has left me and my children on the street.
