Bio:Mr. Dines is the founding shareholder of the firm. His practice involves media law, employment law, defense of auto dealership litigation, products liability, insurance/bad faith claims, commercial cases, and defense of attorney malpractice claims. In 2002, the Foundation for Open Government created the William S. Dixon First Amendment Freedom Award. Mr. Dines was the initial recipient of the award in recognition of courageous advocacy and defense of freedom of the press. He is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and Co-Chair of the Media Law Resource Center's (MLRC) Employment Law Committee and a member of the MLRC's Trial Techniques Committee.
