In a recent litigation he obtained a $1.6 million dollar judgment in a complicated commercial matter and successfully recovered a large majority of the judgment through post-judgment collection proceedings. In addition, Mr. Lohr has the distinction of serving as Judge Pro Tem for the Superior Court of Arizona since 2009.Mr. Lohr represents lenders in non-judicial and judicial foreclosures and both lenders and borrowers in subsequent deficiency lawsuits, and advises property owners and lenders on their rights in foreclosures, short sales and loan modifications. He also represents both homeowners and contractors in construction litigation and in proceedings before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. In addition, he represents commercial and residential landlords and tenants in eviction proceedings. Mr. Lohr received his B.S. degree from Northern Arizona University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Creighton University School of Law where he served as the Assistant Editor for its Law Review and served on the Domestic Moot Court Board.
