Bio: Joseph Abrams graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles in 1997, and passed the California bar examination that same year. Mr. Abrams graduated near the top of his class, was the recipient of the prestigious American Jurisprudence Book Award in Federal Courts, and was chosen Best Writer in the Moot Court Honors Program Intramural Competition. Mr. Abrams has been a licensed attorney in California for over 22 years. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, California Lawyers Association, and Orange County Bar Association. Prior to starting his own law practice, Mr. Abrams spent a career working for the federal judiciary as a sentencing specialist and presentence supervisor, and served as the exclusive sentencing liaison to a sitting federal District Court Judge in the Central District of California.
