Bio: Joseph Patrick Walsh was born and raised in Philadelphia. He graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1988, and in 1991, he earned a Juris Doctorate cum laude from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. At graduation, Joe was awarded the recognition of Order of the Barristers. While in law school, he served as a Research Editor on the Law Review, sat on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Honor Society, and received several American Jurisprudence Awards. Upon graduation, Joe became a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Herbert J. Hutton in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is currently admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
