Bio:Keith L. Maynard, J.D., M.B.A., is a graduate of the University of Delaware (B.A. Psychology and Communications 1997), University of Baltimore School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland (J.D. with Concentration in Business Law 2002) and The Merrick School of Business (M.B.A. 2005). He is a member of the Florida Bar, Maryland Bar and Federal Bar-Middle District of Florida. Mr. Maynard joined the Firm of Wood, Atter & Wolf, P.A. in 2010. Prior to moving to Florida, Mr. Maynard worked at the Public Defender's Office in Maryland providing criminal defense assistance to indigent clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies. In 2006, Mr. Maynard moved to Florida and started his own title company, conducting real estate closings in Florida and Pennsylvania. Shortly thereafter, he opened a solo law practice handling bankruptcy, criminal law, family law, child custody and support issues, adoption, civil litigation, business law, foreclosure defense, landlord tenant relations and disputes, creditor disputes, debt collections, consumer law, trusts, wills and estates, administrative law and residential and commercial real estate transactions.
