commentA few months ago he was sued in Broward County for defaming a veteran attorney and a respected doctor. Case Number 13-02803. Apparently Grace wrote some false statements that were (according to the complaint) intended to mar the reputation of the veteran attorney and respected doctor. Grace has tried to negotiate the law suit away, but now the Florida Bar is looking into his conduct. I would be very careful about hiring someone like this.
