In 2012, This Attorney, along with another young female Attorney, (both Assistant DAs) tried the Capital Murder Case where my husband and his employee were the Victims of Robbery and Murder by two thugs. They were tried separately. I could not have asked for a more Professional and Passionate Attorney and I could not have gotten through the trial without him. Although I wished for the Death Penalty, they got me the next best thing...Life Without Parole in the first trial. Of course I was disappointed, but was NEVER disappointed in them! Unfortunately, his hands were tied when a new DA got into office and he was not in a Lead Position and the 2nd trial's punishment was Life WITH Parole. He might have been young and not as experienced as some other Attorneys but his performance in the courtroom was impeccable and most importantly, he represented my Husband, his employee and me to the fullest. If he ever runs for DA, I will be the first in line to work on his campaign and I'll definitely hire him if I ever need an Attorney for any other matter. I would never have written this review if I didn't whole heartedly believe in his abilities to take care of his clients business as if he were handling his own.

This firm created a POA for one of my siblings. I had the first POA and was not notified by this firm that my POA had been revoked. I emailed the firm informing them that any documentaion they composed for my mom may not be legal in light of the fact that my mom has dementia. I had my mother tested by a professional in February. It was determined that she had dementia. The firm changed the documents in April. This attorney would not work with me. I had to hire my own attorney to find out if the POA my sibling now has is legitimate. He should have sent me a certified letter stating these changes had been made. He should not have made these changes due to my mom illness. Now I'm taking him to court to revoke this POA I've never seen and to regain guardianship over my mom. This attorney has only been practicing law for a short time. I don't think he is very good and I don't think he understands the correct law procedure's. I have been told that the firm continues to use the name Lightfoot who is now deceased because he had a good reputation. In my opinion this firm is a low class uneducated cheap firm that takes on any case brought to their door. I would not refer these attorney's for any case.
