Bio:Ms. Lee graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.A. in Political Science, where she made the Dean's List. While at the University of Dayton, Linda Lee excelled in trial advocacy. She won the American Mock Trial Association Outstanding Attorney Award with a perfect score twice. She was chosen as the University of Dayton Delegate to the United Nations World Conference Against Racism in Durban, South Africa. While in South Africa, Ms. Lee was voted in as a NGO Youth Delegate and Chair of the Reparations Commission where she engaged in the drafting of proposed international law. Due to Ms. Lee's success in trial advocacy competitions, she went on to law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Her trial advocacy skills were honed. Ms. Lee won the prestigious Hoffman Cup Trial Advocacy Competition (she is reportedly the first African-American to do so), she was selected to be on the highly competitive American Trial Lawyers Association Trial Team, she won a Scholastic Excellence Award for the Highest Grade in Trial Practice, she received the Peter H. Holme Trial Advocacy Scholarship. Ms. Lee began representing people in law school through both the Basic and Advanced Criminal Law Clinics. Ms. Lee's advocacy skills, however, are not limited to the courtroom. She is just as persuasive on paper.
