comment I retained Louis Gold for my son when he wad 18 year old/ Attorney Gold had him do a PDQ & he pleaded guilty to 6 charges? Judge O'brien raised his head & "said"he is pleading guilty" I didn't need an attorney to take my money>& give my son a criminal record for the rest of his life. I will never forgive him. I talked to Judge Obrien about the case whhe I went to work at the Clerk of Courts, he said, "have it expunged" guilty pleas cannot be expunged.
