Heard of a case where there were 2 people as defendants and he was the opposing lawyer. One of the defendants was guilty of crime and the other was not. The guilty one was incarcerated and did not even go after him for the crime. Instead he went after the innocent one. The innocent one was falsely identified only by an assumption he had the same last name as the guilty one. But there is no relationship at all. The innocent person spent a lot of money for a private investigator and personal lawyer which proved innocence and only to wind up with a garnishment. If he petitioned the guilty person to the same hearing as the innocent one who could have identified the other guilty person. He cheated the innocent person out of a lot of money. He would still have won his hearing but with the real guilty people. He investigated and attacked the innocent person in the court room and not the guilty person. This is bad morals even for a lawyer. If he is any kind of stand up guy he would fix this, but as far as I can tell he got his money and that's the end of it.
