commentI hired Mr. Brackett and paid him up front at his demand. He did not do yhat was requested of him and missed deadlines while his office paralegal assured me everything had been done until he didn't show up for my court hearing. I had to file a complaint with the committee on professional conduct for lawyer disapline to get my money back after he was missing for 3 weeks while I tried to find him after being evicted from his Law office and all the phone lines shut down without e-mail response or anything. The arrogance that this man had after I did find him was nothing but appalling. Beware of him because he should never be able to practice law. This yahoo will cause severe mental anguish trying to get any resemblance of competent legal representation.
