He has devoted substantial time to, and acquired specialized knowledge about, representing short and long haul motor carriers, sand and gravel haulers, residential and commercial waste management companies, mobile crane companies, emergency and non-emergency transportation service providers, and municipal/county and private bus lines. He also defends premises and general liability claims against privately held and publicly traded companies and represents automobile dealerships in complex business, commercial, and regulatory matters involving claims of deceptive and unfair business practices, fraud, and breach of contract. Mr. Stone represents clients in state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings. He has tried cases in all of Georgia's federal judicial districts, many of Georgia's 49 judicial circuits, and before the American Arbitration Association.
