I was given Mr. Reese as my attorney through Morgan and Morgan. I had a very hard time getting a call back, even from his assistant. The only one who called back was a scheduler and she had no knowledge of anything pertaining to the case. I was asked to drive to Mia for a mediation but Mr. Reese could not attend. I live in Orlando he practices in Ft. Meyers. I made the drive as he took it over the phone. Mediation was rescheduled. 5 months to 6 months later nothing has happened. No I formation, hard to get intouch with anyone except the scheduler. Finally I hear back from Mr. Reese he said other attorney was waiting for some discovery. Probably the surveillance my company used to try and fire me but realized I wasn't doing anything I shouldn't. So I ask Mr. Reese where we were at? He said another mediation had to be put on the calendar. I said ok so does it look like one will be put on soon. His response was it was a matter of logistics...bc he is in Ft. Meyers and the venue is in Mia. It would be an all day thing for him to go down. I'm no attorney but to me that just seems like part of his job, I mean know all the facts and venue months before. So no I do not recommend Mr. Reese as an attorney, unless you are with Ft. Meyers city limits then you might have better luck. What a complete waste of my time!!
