Bio: Michelle Martinez began working as an associate attorney at Miorini Law, PLLC in May 2018. She has experience in estate planning, trust administration, taxation and wealth planning, with a particular interest in elder law. Ms. Martinez has a B.A. in political science and history, an M.A. in International Relations, and a J.D. with plans to pursue an LL.M. She has always enjoyed working with the elderly members of our society, from volunteering in nursing homes throughout high school and college to providing legal advice and assistance following law school. Ms. Martinez served as her father’s agent for health care decisions throughout his own battle with Alzheimer’s Disease, which strengthened her passion for elder law.
