Bio:	Molly was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, where she graduated from Richland Northeast High School, in Richland County School District 2.Prior to joining White & Story, LLC, Molly was an Assistant Solicitor at the Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office for six years. While at the Solicitor’s Office, Molly had the opportunity to prosecute cases in Magistrate’s Court, Municipal Court, and Circuit Court, in both Richland and Kershaw Counties. Molly specialized in prosecuting domestic violence cases during her first few years at the Solicitor’s Office, while maintaining a full General Sessions’ caseload. Over her six years at the Solicitor’s Office, Molly tried hundreds of cases, ranging from 30-day misdemeanors to murder. For the last year at the Solicitor’s Office, Molly focused her prosecution on sexual assault cases and spent her last few months prosecuting sexual assault cases in Kershaw County.Molly is an active member of the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers’ Division, helping plan many events for the Diversity Committee. Molly also serves as a mentor to First-Year Law Students at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
