Bio:	Morgan was born in Portland, Oregon and raised in Canton, Connecticut. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Temple University, where she worked as an undergraduate intern for the Philadelphia Public Defender’s office. Morgan received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law with a concentration in Trial Advocacy and Litigation.
