Bio:During the past 40 years, Mr. Morris has built and leased many fast-food companies with include KFC, Hardee's and Wendy's. He has purchased and managed existing shopping centers in addition to building new ones. He currently has ownership in two centers in Columbia, located around the Columbia Mall, and one in Florence, SC (The Florence Mall) He managed a 83,000 square foot Sears Warehouse for 15 yrs before selling in in 1990. In 1993 he and two other developers purchased land and completed a 84,683 square foot Home Quarters Warehouse.
